We believe hospitality is an art form and want to create unforgettable touch points throughout every stage of your celebration. We are fully present throughout every stage of your event, aspiring to make the planning and design process as personal as each event we create.

 

FULL EVENT DESIGN AND PLANNING

What we are known for! From start to finish, we will curate your dream day. You have our team’s assistance with any needs or questions throughout the process, so that you are fully guided to make educated and exact decisions. This service is perfect for the couple who is at the beginning of the planning process, who loves the details and giving their guests an experience, but may not have the time or recourses to execute. We are here to serve you in every aspect so that you can look back and remember the intimate moments of your special day, completely stress-free.

 

PARTIAL PLANNING

The final weeks leading up to the wedding are some of the most stressful and we are here to help tie all of your handwork together. We will get you started with your planning during a one-time pre-planning meeting, ensuring your ideas are cohesive and you feel comfortable with the planning. Then two months from the wedding day we will begin reviewing your checklist and give direction for any items that needed completed. We will also be with you on your wedding day to give you peace of mind and execute the timeline. Please note we typically book this service 6-8 months in advance.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS 

For the couple that loves an adventure! This is not your average wedding. It’s truly a once in a lifetime experience with 20-30 of your closest friends and family. Our ideal client trusts our vision and allows us to take the lead on every element of design and in turn we work to infuse your personalities and style into your day. The location is selected by our team and approved by you. We handle every single detail in order to create a relaxed planning process for you and your guests. Above all, we have a desire to create a day that is everything you could ever dream of - and more!

OUR PROCESS

Upon receiving your inquiry we will schedule a pre-consult phone conversation where we will discuss your wants and needs, from there we will plan an in-person consultation with you and Sara to review your custom quote and services in detail. Please note that we accommodate no more than 12 weddings a year to provide our clients with the upmost attention to detail and elevated quality of service.
